  • Constructed of reinforced concrete frame construction with brick in-fill, metal-clad walls, reinforced concrete floors, reinforced concrete staircases and reinforced concrete flat roof.
  • Building is categorized with the Regulator in Singapore, as a Telecommunication’s building, and has all the necessary operating authority.
  • Building is served by 4 passenger lifts, 4 goods lifts (3 tons each), basement carpark and a loading/unloading bay with 4 dock levelers.
  • Fire protection services include hose-reel, fire-extinguishers and fire alarm system. In addition, an Air Handling Unit (AHU) room is provided on each floor.

Roof space: Good loading and currently has satellite dishes and chiller plant, with plenty of room for growth.

UTILITY SERVICES:
  • Electrical service is provided by Singapore Power Limited or such other company and/or authority as may be determined by the Landlord. The Tenant shall be responsible for all charges for utilities and telecommunication services to the premises.
